Qiongqi - Dark Elves

In Chinese mythology, Qiongqi was a Chinese god of the wind. He was able to fly and understand the human language. He ate people and was so evil that if he found himself with two people fighting, he would devour the just one; if he heard someone faithful and loyal, he would bite his nose; if he heard of someone disobedient and evil, he would kill beasts to present them to him
